• Taste guide: Medium bodied, not overly dry & unoaked. Very pleasant apricot and honeysuckle aromas with palate flavours of apple and peach, along with notes of almonds. This wine has a lovely soft but fresh finish and is drinking very nicely still. Tried over 2 nights in March 2022, second evening the wine tasted slightly smoother as it had time to open up.

• Food Pairings: Drinks nicely on its own or try with goats cheese, creamier cheeses like Brie or try with a mild curry like a Korma.

Ripe grapes are subjected to soft pressing; the skins remain briefly to cold macerate in the must which, after static decanting, ferments at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine stays in stainless steel until bottling.
