Payment

We use Stripe and PayPal payment providers who enable you to pay by credit or debit card. You are welcome to post us a cheque or pay by BACS instead, just get in touch. Minimum order value is £25 excluding delivery charges and a minimum of 12 bottles for ‘Free Local Delivery’.

Shipping

We dispatch orders within 24-48 working hours (usually the following working day) and use ParcelForce who should then deliver within 48 working hours. Hence, worst case scenario is 4 working days for delivery but most orders are delivered within 3 working days. If you have a preferred delivery day(s) (Mon-Fri) please let us know in the “Delivery Comments” section when checking out.

Please get in touch if you need wine in more of a hurry as we can certainly look into this.

Charges are per half case (1-6 bottles) or full case, 7-12 bottles.

1 to 6 bottles: £7.99 - Mainland UK

7 to 12 bottles: £9.99 – Mainland UK (£6 per additional cases)

£19.99 – Highlands & Islands, the following postcodes will be charged at this rate;

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21

UNFORTUNATELY WE NO LONGER SHIP TO Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 … sorry!

If anyone orders from NI, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly we will cancel the order and initiate any valid refund payment as per the order confirmation.

FREE Local Delivery (min 12 bottles please)

Delivery is normally within 10 days but we will be in touch if you are a new ‘local’ customer once you order.

Basically get in touch if in doubt, but we offer this delivery service for addresses in and around Loughborough, including Quorn, Sileby, Mountsorrel, Shepshed, East Leake, Wymeswold, Barrow, Birstall, Hathern, Kegworth, Castle Donington and more, just contact us and we will see what we can do! If you prefer finer, more expensive wines and only want about 6 bottles, please get in touch; sales@binendwines.co.uk

For local free deliveries we on accept payment via BACS please. Once we receive funds via BACS we will be in touch to organise a delivery window. Cash on collection also fine.
