Newsletters

Customers can subscribe to our regular Newsletter to receive the very latest information on newly listed wines, the stock levels of wines soon to be sold out, additional promotions to clear oddments, and any other pertinent topic. These email addresses are kept equally as secure and customers can unsubscribe at any time.

Third Party Companies

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf (such as delivery). Those companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform those functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

All the information about you is held in the United Kingdom and is not used or transferred outside the European Union without your prior consent.

Payment details

We use the PayPal portal to accept payments which is totally separate from Binendwines. We do not hold any payment details for any customers. Check PayPal separately to view their conditions.

Security

It is completely safe to order through our website. When you enter your payment details on the site, our secure server software encrypts this data before sending it over the Internet. We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously, and will always use the best technology available in order to provide you with the highest degree of protection from unauthorised access.
