Taking its name from the antelopes with the corkscrew curling horns that roam the African savannah, Kudu Plains is a South African winery recognised for producing both red and white wines. Based in Paarl on the Western cape, they are particularly famed for this juicy Pinotage but also make a refreshingly fruity Chenin Blanc and Colombard blend.
Surprised how nice it was for the price, it’s not overly complex or pretentious, just a cheerful, easy drinking red wine!
