Simple, uncomplicated, unpretentious fruity white wine made from a field blend of traditional Spanish grape varieties harvested in the sun and transformed into a quenching beverage in the age old traditions of rural Spanish wine making.
The vines average between 5 and 40 years of age and are grown on clay, chalk and sandy soils where the climate is predominately Mediterranean.
A stainless steel fermentation followed by gentle filtration and cold stabilisation. No malolactic fermentation or oaking.
