This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced by the award-winning Anakena winemaking team from some of the best vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile.

Following fermentation, all in stainless steel, the resultant wine was rested, again in stainless steel, for a couple of months giving the wine it’s crisp, fresh nature.

Crafted from grapes grown in rich volcanic soils, Anakena demonstrates the quality, depth and elegance only found from the finest vineyards in the foothills of the Chilean Andes. A reflection of the mythical essence of Chilean culture, and the profound beauty of the untamed earth, these wines inspire a sense of spiritual mystery, awe and discovery. Our emblem, the Birdman (Tangata Manu), is a symbol of determination and resilience.

This is a typically dry and crisp wine, but is also soft and supple. In truth it is very moreish.
