Surfs up with this delightful Rose from renowned wine importer Bibendum, produced for upmarket Pubs & Restaurants where it cost £7.50 for a 250ml serving in some venues.
Zinfandel, also known as Primitivo in Italy, is a red grape which is either used to make full-bodied complex red wines, or the light easy drinking rosé wines we know as White Zinfandel, first made in California in 1869. This Riptide White Zinfandel is a delicious, easy drinking example which, from the moment you open it, exudes quality and leaves you in no doubt that it's a cut above the rest
Really enjoyed this wine when we found it in a country pub/restaurant last year (sitting outside in the sunshine helped) only 9% abv meant we could drink a bit more of it too! Gently sweet but incredibly refreshing, this White Zinfandel balances strawberry, watermelon and cream flavours with a zesty, crisp finish.
Get ready for the summer and take advantage of a superb price of just £5.65 because this retails for £6.95 - £9.99 elsewhere!
