• Taste guide: Medium-full bodied and oaked; this plummy red is juicy and mouth coating, especially to start with so allow it to breathe if you want it more 'open'. Berry flavours are prominent along with raisin and a smooth spice to the finish. We enjoyed this without food but would be even better with a bolognese or similar, nice glugger once opened up.
