La Báscula is a Spanish range produced by Master of wine, Ed Adams and South African winemaker, Bruce Jack. The name translates as weighing scales, and represents the balance between indigenous Spanish varieties and modern winemaking. The idea is to produce wines that represent excellent value for money whilst also showing off the areas where the wines were made.
The Charge’, Tempranillo Garnacha Rioja wine has been created from four different vineyard blocks. The wine was aged for an average of 9 months in a variety of French and American oak barrels.
