• Origin: Marlborough, New Zealand

• Taste Guide: Aroma of citrus, sweet kaffir lime with hints of fresh herbs. Palate is juicy, vibrant and crisp, layered with stone fruit and grapefruit giving generous length of flavour. Dry, light/medium bodied and unoaked giving this wine the lovely long, crisp finish.

• Food pairing: An excellent complement to seafood, particularly oysters or prawns, and is also great with salads and light appetisers. Its bright acidity and zesty flavours also make it an ideal companion to spicy foods.

Winemaking;

Harvested at peak flavour maturity from our estate and grower vineyards across Marlborough. Gentle juice extraction, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks with a range of aromatic yeasts.

Vineyard;

Varying depth of alluvial silt loam over gravel, well drained.
