Rubis' expert wine makers have skilfully blended a superb Spanish Tempranillo red wine and premium chocolate flavour, to create a luxuriously indulgent after-dinner treat.
La Mancha's Plateau is an area of exquisite extremes: arid but furtile, harsh but deeply romantic. Hot windswept summers produce an abundance of Tempranillo grapes - picked at the perfect moment of ripeness!
Later on they infuse Cacao Essence to create an indulgent and different taste experience!
Notes of rich cherry and red fruit enveloped in velvety dark chocolate makes it a perfect accompaniment to most desserts. From rich chocolate fondants to fruit filled tarts, Rubis pairs extremely well with them; and simply pour over vanilla ice cream to create a delicious dessert.
We loved this after-dinner treat, it reminds us of black forest gateaux on the palate with cherries on the nose and a pleasant chocolatey finish.
