The Félix Solís SL winery was founded in April 1975 and lies along the current national road that links Madrid to Cadiz. The winery is one of the largest family-owned wineries in the world and is fitted with the most modern production and storage facilities. The World Ranking of Wines and Spirits (WRWS) gave Felix Solis 6th place in the top 100 Best Wineries of the World and second place in the category ‘Best Wineries of Spain'.
The object of the blend is to obtain a different and special wine, using the Tempranillo and Syrah varieties of several Spanish viticultural origins, which provide their own particularities. The grapes come from old vines and are harvested by hand. The vinifications occurs in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days with controlled temperatures of 26-28ºC. The wine remains in American oak barrels for 3-4 months until the end of the malolactic fermentation.
Translated from Spanish Mucho Mas means Much More, which is exactly what this wine offers! More fruit, more flavour and more juiciness. This is a no-frills, no-fuss, jammy blockbuster of a wine. It's made from Tempranillo and Syrah (Shiraz) sourced across Spain, including the regions of Toro, La Mancha and Valdepenas, harvested while super-ripe and is made to be a fruity as possible. Pull the cork, pour a generous serving and savour its rewarding flavours!
