• Taste Guide: A delicate, dry, pink sparkling rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas and soft berry characters on the palate. Fresh acidity balanced by zesty, cherry notes makes this an easy and appealing fizz. Unoaked.

A delicate pink fizz with light berry fruit flavours. Mainly from grapes grown in the Veneto, to which 5% Piemonte Brachetto juice is added to enhance the colour and red fruit characters.

Gentle pneumatic pressing - Garganega with Brachetto juice added. Followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in tank, lasting 4 weeks.
