19 year-old vineyards, cultivated according to the rules and regulations that apply to organic vineyards. This Rioja originates from the Finca Barrio plantation that is regulated by organic viticulture and its respectful treatment of the environment. The plantation also has organic fruit trees planted near the meanders of the River Ebro.

Grapes are hand-picked and preserved at cold temperature. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22ºC and left to macerate from 8 to 10 days. All of the process is done quickly and mechanically in order to obtain a well balanced structure and preserve the wine’s natural aromas.

Bright ruby color with violet hues. Aromas of flowers with notes of wild herbs and red fruits. On the mouth it is dry, medium-light and backed by a unique structure and discreet tannins.

Enjoy with pizza, tapas and spiced seafood. We also tried this slightly cooled and decanted on a warmer day, around 10-12ºC although the recommended drinking temp is slightly higher at 13-14ºC

Price per bottle: £8.85, now reduced to clear at £7.49
