Renowned and world famous wine stable Marqués de Cáceres bring you a powerful Sauvignon Blanc here. The grapes are collected during the night when temperatures are cooler so as to keep intact and strengthen their attributes. Following collection during the night in perfect condition, the grapes are chilled before the must is selected using a gentle pressing process. Fermentation takes place on the finest lees at controlled temperatures of 15-17°C which gives the wine decent structure and depth.

Strong Sauvignon Blanc from the Rueda region. On the nose, exquisite depth of mature fruit, almonds and a touch of minerals. Smooth, elegant and well-balanced in the mouth with good structure. Very fresh with pleasant acidity on the finish. Due to the body of this wine, aeration may help open the depth a little, serve nice and cold please!

Another wine that UK supermarkets don't get their hands on, I took all that was left at the suppliers, just 12 bottles: £6.95
