Rocca di Frassinello Le Sughere di Frassinello is a remarkable wine that perfectly blends the flavors of Tuscany and Bordeaux. The blend is made up of 50% Sangioveto, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Merlot, resulting in a complex and well-balanced wine. The nose is full of rich, red fruit flavors, including cherry and raspberry. On the palate, the cherry and raspberry notes continue, along with hints of vanilla, tobacco, and espresso. The tannins are smooth and firm, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
