Laughing Giraffe Chenin Blanc

• Origin: Western Cape, South Africa
• Taste guide: Off dry, zippy acidity which mellows and unoaked. Aromas of citrus & tropical fruits like lychee are beautifully rounded with a clean, crisp off dry finish. On the palate you find hints of melon, honeysuckle and orange blossom with a tropical, almost peachy undertone. We don't normally mention an ideal time of year for drinking but we loved this in recent early-summer Sunshine where we imagine it would be just as nice in the early Autumn too!

• Food pairing: Try with fish and/or salads. A good match would be a duck salad with a balsamic dressing.
