• Taste guide: Fresh and citrussy with hints of lime peel on the nose. The palate is crisp and dry with a lovely mineral finish.
• Grape variety: 100% Cortese

• Food pairings: Risotto, light pasta and vegetarian dishes, while on the Ligurian coast, it's usually served with seafood of course!

Cheapest we found online was a slightly older vintage for £12.75 but this is £14-17 otherwise (checked May 2025)
