• Taste guide: Dry to off-dry and unoaked. Delicate salmon colour with fine and persistent perlage. Elegant, complex bouquet on the nose with scents of rose, strawberry, rasberry and lychees. The berry fruit is joined by hints of citrus on the palate which is flavourful and harmonious with a well-balanced acidity and a nice finish.

Since 1542, the Bisol family has produced a range of sustainably farmed and internationally recognised Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the heart of Valdobbiadene. All their wines are expressions of terroir, including the famed ‘Cartizze, the ‘Grand Cru’ of Prosecco, from their own vineyards. Today, Giancluca Bisol has assumed the role of President and CEO while his brother, Desiderio, holds the position of chief enologist and Technical Director.

This Spumante Rosé is made from a blend of Merlot and Pinot Nero, the following is a quote from the producer:

"A brief period of maceration gives the wine its slightly pink colour and determines the action of the aromatic varietal substances that bring out the grapes’ floral, fruity and surprisingly typical characteristics. The long and gradual fermentation cycle together with a sustained period in the presence of yeasts, both in the wine and during re-fermentation, confers delicacy and elegance on this cuveé and makes it persistent on the palate."
