Description
- Vintage: 2019
- Origin: Chablis, Burgundy, France
- Taste guide: Medium bodied, dry and almost unoaked (just 10-15% barrel aged). Brilliant straw yellow in colour. Typical Kimmeridgian profile, (don’t worry, we had to Google it too) nose with briny notes and white blossom. Nice density with citrus prominent on the palate alongside notes of tree fruit and a smooth, mineral, lasting finish with notes of honeysuckle and acacia.
- 75cl - 13% - Traditional Cork Opening
- Food pairings: This wine goes well with all fish and seafood (scallops, grilled fish or fish cooked “en papillote”) as well as with ethnic cuisines such as curries and tandoori dishes.
Our Burgundy
“Our oenologists take the greatest of care to bring out the flavours and aromas of our wines so as to faithfully represent the specificities of Burgundy’s wines in terms of varietals, terroirs, and vintages.
We have also established relationships based on loyalty and trust with our partner growers, some of whom we have been working with for several decades”.
