Grant Burge Wines was established in 1988 and located in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Their wines are renowned all over the world for their consistent quality and integrity, allowing the terroir of their select vineyards to speak for themselves through minimal intervention, winemaking practices and careful vineyard management.
Grant Burge is a Five Star rated Winemaker in the "James Halliday Wine Companion", the "bible" of Australian wine.
This Shiraz was sourced from premium wine regions throughout South Australia. Benchmark is a delicious shiraz made to enjoy when young and vibrant. This is a really nice easy drinker that has qualities of a much more expensive wine.
"Benchmark" price, (pardon the pun) is £10, just £7.25 here for a wine that is drinking superbly well.
