Gorgeous Grenache Rosé

• Origin: South Australia
• Taste guide: This lovely rosé has aromatic wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry notes on the nose. The palate is tangy, dry and textural with creamy berry fruit, hints of citrus and a deliciously moreish finish.

• Serve with: Mediterranean dishes, grilled chicken, seafood, fresh salads, and soft cheeses.

Viticulture & Winemaking:

Old, bush trained vineyard in The Riverland.
Hand-picked and gently de-stemmedbefore crushing followed by 3.5 hourson skins to extract minimal colour. A cool fermentation followed which retained the aromatic, herbal notes and focused the crisp, textural palate. Maturation on lees for 6 months helpedi ncreased texture prior to bottling.
