Fantinel is a true art house of Prosecco established in 1969 with 300 hectares of family-owned vineyards situated in the Collio, Grave and Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC regions. An artisanal approach to winemaking ensures boutique-level quality where their DOC Prosecco enjoys 60 days of yeast contact which adds superior depth of flavour and richness.
Situated in the Collio, Grave and Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC regions, Dolomites offer a unique cooling influence for high diurnal variation that gives freshness and brightness to their wines too.
£14 at Ocado but just £8.99 here for a really nice prosecco that is well worth trying, especially if you normally spend around £7 on a "supermarket" prosecco, spend a little bit more and "taste the difference" (sorry about the pun!).
