• Taste guide: Beautiful and seductive pale salmon colour. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) relayed by wilder notes of iris and blackcurrant creating an immediate sensation of freshness. The racy (medium bodied) palate profile also has a smooth mild mineral nature with peach and more prominently citrus notes, however strawberry and light citrus are the overall winners in this one! The finish is dry and refreshing.
  
• Food match: Either it is as an aperitif or with food like tapas, the Miraflors Rosé goes perfectly with your happiest moments. Shrimps, sushis, grilled food, vegetables…Everything can be a pretext to open a bottle of this delicious rosé.

Domaine Lafage Miraflors Rosé IGP Côtes Catalanes is a beautiful, salmon pink rosé that is produced in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France. This wine is a blend of 70% Mourvèdre and 30% Grenache Gris, which creates a delicate balance of fruity and floral nuances.

The wine is a blend of Mourvedre and a small part Grenache Gris. Grown on terraced plots along the coast and aged in concrete, it is decidedly Provencal in style. It is juicy, with pure strawberry, citrus, watermelon and orange peel flavours. As mentioned above, the wine has a distinct minerality, with a deliciously fresh finish.
