- Origin: Orange, Australia
- Tasting notes: Medium-full bodied, dry and oaked; it has notes of blackcurrant and plum. Oak influenced chocolate and vanilla flavours combine with generous ripe fruit, savoury black pepper and cedar spice. Rich and earthy but elegant, and a nice long finish.

Soaring above 600 metres in New South Wales, Australia, the high elevation single-estate vineyard produces exceptional cool climate wines.
Once de-stemmed the fruit was cold soaked on its skin for 4 days. The must was then allowed to ferment at the perfect temperature in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation, these parcels were gently pressed and transferred directly to French oak barrels for 12 months maturation. These barrels were then racked and blended, lightly fined and filtered for bottling.
