The Franciacorta Brut DOCG by Contadi Castaldi represents a prestigious example of this celebrated Italian denomination. Crafted with a careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco grapes, this sparkling wine epitomizes the elegance and finesse characteristic of the finest Franciacorta.
This cuvée is the result of a rigorous winemaking process: the Traditional or Classic Method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by at least 18 months of maturation on the lees. This method endows the Franciacorta Brut DOCG with complexity and structure, making it suitable both as an aperitif and in pairing with a wide range of dishes, from light appetizers to seafood.
Contadi Castaldi, with this Franciacorta Brut DOCG, continues its tradition of producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Franciacorta and the Italian craftsmanship in the world of sparkling winemaking.
