Literally meaning "the most wanted", Vinos Más Buscados is a collection of wines grown and nurtured in the Southern half of Spain, mainly in the area known as La Mancha.
In this handmade blend of Airén 85% & Sauvignon Blanc 15% the grapes are harvested and brought to the winery where they are graded for quality and flavour profile then gently de-stemmed and crushed to large refrigerated draining tanks. Only the free run juice is used and sent to cold settling tanks where it is cooled and settled to clarify the juice. Fermentation takes place using specially selected yeast strains in stainless steel to retain the fruit characters of the grape keeping the wine fresh and zesty.
This is a delicious Airén from La Mancha, with a citrus nose that continues along with a lovely, crisp and zingy burst on the palate. Grapefruit hints and grassy dryness also linger in the aftertaste!
Tremendous value at £5.85 when you consider this wine scores 3.9 on Vivino.com!
Sensational drunk on its own or with salads and seafood.
This is another wine primarily produced for the upmarket restaurant trade, cleared by the importer. This has an RRP of £8 - at Binendwines just £5.85
