Description
- Vintage: 2021
- Origin: South Australia
- Taste guide: Supple and approachable, this wine is full bodied, smooth with finely balanced soft tannins. Lifted aromas of fresh red fruits and spice, complemented by hints of cedar. Darker berry flavours come through on the palate with hits of mulberry and cherry, ending with a lovely long finish.
- Food pairing: We enjoyed this on its own but it would also be delicious paired with hearty meats and game dishes.

Produced by the notable Wolf Blass stable in Southern Australia, this superb oak aged, dry and med/full-bodied Shiraz Cabernet is well produced and bottled in Australia.
This is serious Aussie Shiraz Cabernet blend at its best considering its well below £10.
Primarily produced for the restaurant trade where its price would indicate a retail of £18 plus.
Binendwines' price is £7.25. That's not much more than you would pay for Wolf Blass Red or Yellow Label, their standard commercial wines.
