- Taste guide: On the nose it exhibits expressive aromas of ripe white fruit, enhanced with balsamic and slightly spicy notes resulting from its oak ageing. Oaky nuances are prominent on the full bodied palate with peach and apricot tinges. Work with the lees confers creaminess, honey-like minerality ans well as its complexity. This white wine is elegant and balanced right from first contact to its long, lasting finish.

Often referred to as the 'Glass Box', Baigorri winery's main building protrudes from the midst of a sweeping vineyard. It is an architectural gem that artfully combines the traditional with the contemporary, Above ground, it offers an impressive vista of vine-laden flatlands as far as the eye can see. The majority of the winery however, lies beneath the ground in a seven-storey vertical structure. This expansive subterranean design utilises gravity to transport grapes through the winemaking process, thus ensuring minimal damage and maximum quality.
