Grapes for wine "Bin 3000" Merlot are harvested when they reach the peak of ripeness in cool evenings. Thereafter, the primary fermentation is carried out for seven days at a moderate temperature before the juice is directed to the secondary fermentation. The wine is kept in oak barriques giving the wine that lovely caramel/vanilla spice flavour.
Aromas of wild berry and plums continue to the palate which is mature, juicy, jammy and mouth-filling. Lovely finish with hints of caramel and vanilla spice.
