GANCIA Prosecco Dry

An intense and persistent nose, that's fruity and is markedly reminiscent of golden apples and acacia flowers. A fresh and pleasant taste, with softness, balance, persistence and a fruity finish.

Heralding from the cellars known as the "Underground Cathedrals" in Canelli, Gancia, this Italian sparkling wine has been prized by the kings of Italy since 1850. Crafted with time-honered artisanal techniques it is produced from the Glera grape variety which is gently pressed before the juice is cool-fermented without skin contact.

Gancia Prosecco Dry has a straw yellow colour with hints of greenish reflections. It has a thin perlage, that's rich and persistent. 

A very delicate bouquet, with hints of bread and citrus fruit; the palate is fresh, aromatic, dry and soft - basically delicous!  Don't just take our word for it, this wine scores very highly on Vivino and certainly worth the price over much cheaper mass-produced 'supermarket Prosecco' - why don't you "taste the difference!" and try some?

Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany light first courses, appetizers, fresh cheeses and seafood.

Normally retails for £12-13 but our price is just £9.25 whist we have it which isn't very long when it comes to very good non-supermarket Prosecco!
