Led by Roberto Carranca, the young and dynamic winemaking team at Indómita skillfully craft wines from their great vineyard holdings in two of Chile’s very best regions. The cooler climate Casablanca is great for Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir while the warmer Maipo Valley offers classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère. Indómita produce superb, expressive wines that are both beautiful and stunning value for money.
Not as sweet/fruity as it looks this Rose is a bright, brilliant red colour and off-dry. Fresh strawberries and raspberries fill the nose, lively kick up front and juicy in the mouth with similar summer fruits, good acidity and balance. Very moreish.
Pairing: Always good as an appetizer, but ideal with pasta, salads and even better chilled and enjoyed in the sunshine!
