Origin: McGuigan's Wines, South East Australia
Taste guide: Fresh, crisp, unoaked
75cl - 12.5% - screwcap
The grapes for this wine came from McGuigan’s cool climate vineyards. As with all their harvesting, they were picked in the cool of the evening to retain all the inherent flavours and freshness of the grape.
Cool fermentation was used along with specific yeast strains to enhance the fruit. The nose is grassy with gooseberry overtones leading to a palate that displays passion fruit aromas. The palate is full and generously flavoured with a clean, crisp aftertaste. There is a zesty lime, lingering finish.
This wine is the perfect accompaiment to lighter style dishes particularly seafood and fresh pasta.
