Beringer's vineyard team selects the grapes for this wine from Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards known for producing a deeply fruity wine with the blackcurrant and blackberry fruit flavours that typify this varietal.
To preserve the full, fruit-forward character of these grapes, the fruit is quickly vinified after harvest. This produces a soft, velvety red wine, with lots of juicy, blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant fruit, and beautifully balanced vanilla oak spice.
Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon is a great all rounder, and is the perfect match for beef and pork dishes.
Beringer is the No 1 Californian wine brand in the US and is the most awarded and historic winery in America. 11 time winner of “winery of the year”.
Sells at Ocado for £9.00 - Binendwines' price is just £6.25.
