Taste guide: Dry, crisp and fresh, citrus fruit, floral and candied notes, unoaked
75cl - 13% - cork closure
Château de Minuty is located on the St Tropez Peninsular, with its vineyards virtually overlooking the Mediterranean. This rosé is quintessential of the local style, with the blend employing Grenache Cinsault and Syrah, together with the little-known Tibouren grape, a variety grown almost exclusively in Provence.
Estate grown grapes were sourced from a rigorous selection of the best “Côtes de Provence” vineyards, hand harvested and vinified in stainless steel to maintain the inherent freshness of the fruit.
The resultant wine is pale honeysuckle pink in colour, and offering a delicate and clean nose of citrus fruit, offset by subtle floral and candied notes. The palate is powerful and well balanced with hints of citrus and red fruit, highlighted by a pleasant minerality.
One of the very best Côtes de Provence wines on the market.
Classy presentation in a heavy bottle and using a natural cork closure.
